Added the new Reliquarian Ascendancy Class for the Scion. Notable Passive Skills for the Reliquarian borrow from the powers of Unique items found throughout Wraeclast, and will change with each League. For this reason, these Notables will not be available as outcomes for the Forbidden Flame and Forbidden Flesh Unique Jewels.
In Path of Exile patch 3.28, the Mirage league introduces the Reliquarian as a new, second Ascendancy class for the Scion. This class is heavily inspired by the "Scavenger" from the Legacy of Phrecia event and features a unique rotating power system.

Key Mechanics of the Reliquarian
The Reliquarian's power comes from Notable Passive Skills that borrow effects from existing Unique items throughout Wraeclast.
Rotating Passives: To keep the meta fresh, Grinding Gear Games (GGG) will rotate the available Unique powers with every new league.
Customization: The skill tree is organized into wheels where you can typically choose one power from different categories, such as: Unique Weapon powers, Unique Armor powers, Unique Jewelry powers (e.g., the Astramentis effect providing +60 to all attributes).
Exclusive Powers: These Notable skills cannot be obtained through Forbidden Flame or Forbidden Flesh jewels.
