PoE 3.28 Item Filter: New Items, New Currency, Removed Items

Path of Exile 3.28 introduces one of the most extensive item refreshes in recent updates. This patch expands the item ecosystem across multiple categories, including stackable currencies, skill gems, support gems, map fragments, incubators, divination cards, and new map types.
