Skysunder is a unique Exquisite Blade. It is a new PoE Mirage 3.28 unique item. Two Hand Sword. Quality: +20%. Physical Damage: (168-188) to (280-314). Critical Strike Chance: (6.84-7.98)%. Attacks per Second: 1.35. Weapon Range: 1.3 metres. Requires Level 70, 119 Str, 131 Dex +50% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier (130—160)% increased Physical Damage +(20—40)% to Damage over Time Multiplier (20—40)% increased Critical Strike Chance 100% of Physical Damage Converted to Fire Damage Ignites you cause are reflected back to you 50% less Duration of Ignites you inflict Ignites you inflict with this weapon spread to other Enemies within 2.8 metres Unaffected by Ignite (Ignite deals Fire Damage over time, based on the base Fire Damage of the Skill, for 4 seconds) (Debuffs you are Unaffected by can still be placed on you, but will not actually apply their effect)

Since it converts all Physical damage to Fire, it’s clearly designed for a Pure Fire Ignite build.

Acquiring a Coin of Restoration by slaying monsters in Mirages allows any unique obtained from the Afarud to be transformed into its Maraketh counterpart. Its glorious original form. Fleshrender, for example, transforms into Skysunder: the original Maraketh blade that radiates with the glowing heat of the desert sun. When you ignite monsters, Skysunder reflects that ignite back to you, which proliferates to nearby enemies in a massive area.

1. The Self-Ignite Synergy

This is a classic "Self-Ailment" setup. Usually, reflecting an Ignite to yourself is deadly, but the Unaffected by Ignite mod means the Ignite still "exists" on you (triggering other mechanics), but it deals zero damage.

• Synergy Tip: This is incredibly powerful if paired with items like Mokou's Embrace (increased attack speed while Ignited) or the Eye of Innocence.

2. The Proliferation (Clear Speed)

To make the most of Skysunder, you should focus on Axe/Sword Ignite nodes on the bottom-left of the passive tree (Chieftain or Elementalist).

1. Chieftain (Marauder): Use the Tasalio, Cleansing Water node to gain massive Fire Resistance and life regeneration, making the "Self-Ignite" even safer.
2. Elementalist (Witch): Use Shaper of Flames to ensure every single hit Ignites, regardless of your Crit Chance.
